$atterley and the Anglican Church have a bad habit of ignoring warning signs around their dangerous and destructive proposed

North $toneville development...

Evidence of increasingly severe bushfires, insurmountable risks to people including entrapment, and unsustainable destruction of our environment - has consistently failed to move their corporate - or social, conscience.

Now, evidence of what's in store for North $toneville - and the rest of us living nearby

- regarding removal of poo.

Take a look at this ABC report on a South Australian community.

It's just like North $toneville - stranded, no infrastructure, no water - and suffering a serious overload of sewage and smell.

Their's is stored - then trucked out - just as $atterley intends for North $toneville's … until Satterley builds its WWTP - eventually - but when? (Stage 2 could be at least 10 years away!)

So yet ANOTHER warning about the North $toneville disaster plan....

Are you listening Nigel $atterley and Archbishop Kay Goldsworthy?

Just like the South Australian community - disgusting smells and daily truckloads of sewage could be the North $toneville norm - forever...

ANOTHER $atterley delay to the North $toneville outcome…

This time $atterley says it needs to wait for the Federal Govt's approval to bulldoze around 200 hectares of Stoneville bush.

That decision may - or may not - happen in September.

Funny that $atterley chose last week to seek a delay - as Prime Minister Albanese visited Perth?

Given Nigel $atterley wined the PM at an Eagles match last year on national TV - we wonder if the two found time to catch up last week?

Perhaps a chat about the upcoming Federal election?

Perhaps a chin wag over Labor's Federal election campaign funding $?$

Perhaps all things 'environmental' about North $toneville... and the Feds' 'pesky' Nature Positive legislation?

Oh to be a fly on the wall...

$atterley's delay was granted...read on....

Today we honour National Tree Day...

North $toneville’s 60,000 trees are breathing a little easier right now... and so are we.

The Perth Anglican Diocese has wanted North $toneville’s trees bulldozed for 33 years to make way for its relentlessly rejected, bushfire dangerous and environmentally destructive, 1990s townsite plan. $atterley applied in 2018 to clear North $toneville's vegetation and trees... 6 years later, it's still waiting for a decision.

Just last week the Federal Govt's Environment office (EPBC) decided to make $atterley wait even longer... delaying a decision on $atterley’s bulldozing application to September 18th.

Delay is good for us.

In that time WA’s State Tribunal (SAT) will schedule a 2025 hearing for $atterley’s THIRD appeal against WA’s Planning Commission rejections of the plan.

The EPBC may well be pushed back further, after SAT’s determination next year.

More on that soon...

For now... take a minute to relax and think of North $toneville's 60,000 trees which still stand, on this, our National Tree Day, thanks to your amazing and on-going efforts – to Save Perth Hills...
