Today - as hundreds of residents and firefighters fought to save homes and properties from multiple bushfires in and around Perth, $atterley was delivering its closing submission to WA’s Tribunal seeking to reverse 34 years’ opposition against the Anglican Church’s proposed North $toneville townsite.

Our thoughts are with those spending tonight in evacuation centres, and with firefighters still at the fire scenes, controlling and extinguishing the blazes ahead of a forecast heatwave weekend.

All 10,000+ pages of evidence in this 3-decades’ long North $toneville saga have now been submitted to Judge Henry Jackson… with a decision expected in early 2026.
