- completed nomination forms should be forwarded to our email by 30th September

- membership is on going, existing members do not need to rejoin

- membership fees do not apply (but donations are always welcome via our donation tins at Begonia Pets, Stoneville Fresh or Lazy Corner or direct deposit to Save Perth Hills Inc, BSB 633 000, Account 160715942)
