$atterley wants to introduce more information in its fight to overturn decades of opposition to its proposed North $toneville development in Perth’s Hills.

$atterley's appeal, before WA's State Administrative Tribunal (SAT), ran across 4 months last year. Judge Jackson reserved his decision on December 11.

Now, $atterley has requested to re-open the case, and will lodge reasons with SAT by February 27th.

Lawyers for Save Perth Hills, WA’s Planning Commission (WAPC) and Mundaring Shire will then review Satterley’s request, and SAT will determine, in late March, whether to re-open the case and consider the new material - which would delay the long awaited decision-making process.

$atterley's request comes as dangerous bushfires have burned through thousands of hectares and close to hundreds of homes, including in Perth's Hills, over this Summer.

For the record:

Save Perth Hills’ North $toneville battle is in its 35th year.

Anglican Church landowner has FAILED for 35 years to get the plan 'right'

$atterley has FAILED for 11 years to get the plan ‘right’

Mundaring Shire & WAPC have REJECTED it 3 times since 2020

The case has spent 6 unresolved years in WA's State Tribunal.

And in case you're wondering...

Save Perth Hills will never, ever give up.
