The case still has to be determined at the State's Tribunal in 2025.

The environmental part was a Federal matter. Bushfire risks, evacuation dangers, traffic gridlock problems in a bushfire emergency are all State issues to be heard at the tribunal. These are the issues on which the WA Planning Commission has TWICE rejected this plan.
