Save Perth Hills, the Shire of Mundaring and WA’s highest planning authority, the Planning Commission, today collectively confirmed rejection of Satterley and the Anglican Church’s North $toneville plan - for the 3rd time since 2019.

After 5 years before the State Administrative Tribunal, (SAT) including formal hearings across the last 3 months, closing submissions were delivered today by SPH, the Shire and WAPC.

Satterley is scheduled to deliver their closing submission on Thursday…

Big thanks to the SPH supporters who attended today in solidarity with us …

A decision by SAT is expected early 2026
