Satterley delays AGAIN! 4th Oct 2024

Save Perth Hills Inc. (SPH) is shocked by the embarrassing revelation from Satterley Property Group’s lawyers that they didn’t know WA’s long-awaited updated State Planning Policy 3.7 for Bushfire zones had been released.


Legal teams for SPH, Satterley and the WA Planning Commission (WAPC), fronted the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT) today over Satterley’s trouble-plagued North Stoneville development proposal, aiming to close in on a 2025 hearing date for Satterley’s appeal against the WAPC’s rejection of their plan.


However, Satterley sought their fourth delay to the saga, claiming to have not known about the updated Bushfire policy until yesterday.
