Satterley tries to silence our expert witness

 SPH stopped $atterley's bid to SILENCE our EXPERT Witness!

$atterley has revealed the dirty depths it will be going to, try to reverse 34-years of RELENTLESS REJECTION for its proposed dangerous and destructive North $toneville FIRETRAP development.

$atterley tried to SILENCE the voice of our Community Bushfire Expert Witness, Dr Ken Strahan, by preventing him appearing at not one, but THREE critical pre-Appeal legal conferences on Bushfire and Traffic Risks.

Save Perth Hills' lawyers strongly opposed Satterley’s attempt to exclude Dr Strahan, an expert in Human Behaviour in Bushfire Emergencies, from legal discussions with $atterley’s own ‘experts’, about Satterley’s Bushfire Management and Traffic plans and the safety of more than 3,000 'North $toneville' people - and the rest of us, during full-scale Bushfire emergencies.

To the credit of our Community-funded lawyers, and a ruling by WA's State Administrative Tribunal, Dr Strahan was given the go-ahead to attend all three bushfire-related expert conferences.

Our Community will NOT be silenced to serve this developer, and the landowner, Perth’s Anglican Church, who CONTINUE to put their PRIVATE PROFITS ahead of our Community’s safety.
