Megan Adair was $atterley’s hand-picked Planning Director.

Megan’s job was to get Nigel’s North $toneville ‘over the line’.

She did not. Megan is no longer with $atterley...

Just after North $toneville’s December 7th REJECTION, Megan posted on LinkedIn that ‘Opportunity’s knocking’...

She’s setting up a consultancy.

Strange. Because Megan’s credentials suited $atterley’s purpose

Megan sat on WA’s Statutory Planning Committee (SPC).

She was a sudden ‘apology’ for our 2020 SPC hearing. It turned out Megan is partner of Paul McQueen, $atterley’s North $toneville lawyer.

We last saw Megan and Paul, together, at last November SPC’s hearing at Mundaring Arena. Paul’s shiny black Jaguar sported a famous Save Perth Hills sticker resting on it wipers. Go Paul!!

But the power-couple couldn’t convince Megan’s former SPC workmates to approve $atterley’s plan. Both SPC AND WAPC gave it a resounding XXX

So $atterley’s minus a Planning Director – 4 crucial weeks before their Tribunal hearing on ‘next steps’ for their beleaguered townsite plan.

C’mon $atterley.

You're now 2 North $toneville Planning Directors down. (We farewelled Ray Stokes in 2020!)

Our Community is 33 years’ strong...

WITHDRAW THE PLAN!

Well well well...

ABC says $atterley paid to get a ‘business engagement’ with WA’s Govt to seek ‘approval’ for a Perth Hills housing deal.

Labor says their ‘roundtable meetings’ offer networking and feedback.

The ABC says $atterley paid $27,680, ‘seeking approval for (a) huge Perth Hills housing development.’

No mention of North $toneville.

But we ARE curious what ‘FEEDBACK’ the Gov't gave $atterley for $27,680!

After 33 years of RELENTLESS REJECTION, North Stoneville was confirmed, last month, to be TOO DANGEROUS to develop.

Clearly – the volatile Hills are no place for thousands of people in suburban-style housing estates.

But will $atterley cough up more $$$ for ‘more feedback’ before fronting the State Tribunal on February 2 to reveal their next steps for North $toneville?

Time’s up Nigel $atterley. WITHDRAW your plan to bring your suburbia to the Hills.

And if you have a spare $27,680 lying around - then perhaps you could offer it to our incredible Volunteer Bushfire Brigades.

On the 21st of December, we wrote to Archbishop Goldsworthy, Nigel Satterley, and their top-level ‘North Stoneville crew’, seeking a significant New Year’s resolution – to place people ahead of their profits...

We wrote as homes in Parkerville were attacked by bushfire. The Anglicans’ Parkerville Children and Youth Centre evacuated their in-care kids as the fires burned within a few 100 metres of their Beacon Rd property. And North Stoneville, itself, was in the DFES emergency zone.

In our letter, we suggested when Satterley fronts the State Tribunal on the 2nd of February about the Planning Commission’s outright REJECTION of its amended plan, that Satterley and the Church choose the commonsense approach, and withdraw their dangerous and destructive plan – forever.

We have had no response as yet.

Perhaps you’d like to write a polite, short email (addresses in letter attached) – urging they withdraw their plan on February 2nd, to safeguard our lives. Copy in SPH on - saveperthhillsinc@gmail.com

As we enter our 33rd year fighting the craziness of a North Stoneville estate, a gracious New Year Resolution to accept the Umpire’s Decision would be the greatest gift our Community could ever receive...
