It’s pretty simple - developments must plan for the impact of fire. We have to change the urban model and put an end to unsafe, urban sprawl in fire prone areas.


We saw it in Australia’s Black Summer of 2019/2020 and we’re seeing fire devastation play out once again on the west coast of the USA... which is another reminder of our own situation. Rita Saffioti MLA, Mark McGowan, please put an end to the $atterley appeal to the State Administrative Tribunal on North $toneville. It is a dangerous proposal and is simply not fire safe.
